so you want to get more cool air into your case? or maybe get more warm air out of your case....
its best to have a fan at the top of your case taking air out as heat rises.and a fan at the bottom bringin cool air in.id recommend 120mm fans but the more the better of course also consider a fan filter on the fan or fans bringin air into your case-less dust cleaning :)
you can use a jigsaw with a fine tooth metal cutting blade
this is the cheaper option but will leave a ruff edge ect more
cleaning up with a file
you can also use this cutting drill bit (in pic) if you have the rite size as your fan.
